Role & responsibilities

- Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Recruiting, etc.).
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday functionality based on business requirements.
- Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.
