As a Workday Delivery Coordinator/R2R/P2P Manager you will lead delivery activities across Workday Finance processes, with a focus on record to report and procure to pay workstreams, within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach team members, and manage client workstreams while applying Workday knowledge, sound judgment, and technology-enabled delivery to support operational efficiency and business objectives. In this role at PwC, you will coordinate multiple deliverables, help resolve issues across implementation and support efforts, and contribute to work that connects client needs with practical Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

- Leading Workday delivery workstreams for record to report and procure to pay initiatives across client engagements
- Managing project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, and issue tracking for Workday implementation and optimization efforts
- Directing teams through configuration, testing, deployment,



and stabilization activities for Workday HCM, reporting, integrations, and analytics
- Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements and technical standards
- Developing team members through coaching, feedback, and review of work to build skills in Workday delivery and client support
- Translating business needs into functional design decisions and coordinating solutions across finance and operational processes
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and applying automation, reporting, and data tools to improve delivery outcomes
- Communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions to client leaders and internal stakeholders throughout the engagement

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Managing Workday delivery coordination across R2R and P2P workstreams
- Leading client-facing delivery teams through project planning and execution
- Applying Workday integrations, Studio, Extend, or security skills
- Coaching team members through issue resolution and deliverable reviews
- Translating business process knowledge into Workday solution guidance
