- Solving complex problems/challenges, bringing structure to fast-paced initiatives, and building partnerships across functions. You’ll help drive and influence strategic projects while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Grasping technical aspects related to the project.
- Managing risks and ensuring quality.
- Effective communication with stakeholders. Leading and developing project teams.
- Managing project budgets.
- Tracking and Monitoring project progress.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Partner with and manage cross-functional teams as part of the project you are supporting.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and success measures.
- Partner with functional areas like Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align on priorities and drive execution.
- Act as a connector—facilitating clear communication, building trust, and removing blockers across teams.
- Lead project updates, working sessions, and executive readouts with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain a pulse on progress, risks, and results—keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.

Technical/Functional Skills:

- Problem solver (able to resolve common challenges as they appear)




- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills (they are coordinating multiple aspects of a project in a fast-paced environment)

Required Skills:

- 12+ Years of experience in project or program management, preferably in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Implementation or a related function.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills—you enjoy working with diverse teams, and different personalities.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading initiatives without a playbook. Simplifying the complex.
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and accountable mindset.
- Business curiosity—you want to understand how decisions are made, how teams operate, and how things connect.
- Confident communicator with the executive presence to engage senior leaders.
- Coachable, eager to grow, and excited to contribute to a supportive team culture.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet), or business intelligence platforms is a plus.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification is preferred
