Talherova is hiring an experienced Workday Consultant to support higher education implementation and transformation initiatives. This is a remote opportunity based in India, working US shift hours to collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Workday implementation, configuration, and optimization initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and configured solutions
- Support business process design, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation
- Configure and test Workday modules as per project scope
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Support data conversion, integrations,



and reporting activities
- Develop and execute test scripts; support UAT
- Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live production support
- Document configurations, business processes, and best practices

Requirements:

- Workday Student experience OR Higher Education domain experience (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and configuration
- Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
- Experience with Workday implementations, deployments, or support engagements
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness and ability to work US shift hours from India
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote workplace
