Gauri Ltd is looking for a Salesforce Lead Consultant to lead Salesforce technical delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong hands-on Salesforce expertise with technical leadership, client communication and solution ownership.
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce.
- Own technical solution design and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead client workshops, requirement discussions and technical presentations.
- Design and review solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow and SOQL.
- Lead the implementation of Agentforce and AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
- Design Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
- Define Salesforce data models, security architecture and automation approaches.
- Lead data migration, SIT, UAT, deployment and post-go-live activities.
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure Salesforce development best practices.
- Mentor developers and junior Salesforce consultants.
- Support technical estimation, planning and solution documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide technical guidance.
- Work closely with UK and India-based teams in an Agile environment.
? What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of strong Salesforce implementation / technical consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Agentforce / Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, Flow and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, data modelling and security.
- Experience designing and managing Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment and DevOps practices.
- Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring team members.
- Solid client-facing and communication skills.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

- Experience with Data Cloud and Einstein AI.
- Experience with OmniStudio.
- MuleSoft or SAP Integration Suite experience.
- Salesforce-to-SAP / ERP integration experience.
