Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder Trainer to provide theoretical and hands-on practical training in welding processes, fabrication techniques, equipment handling, and workplace safety. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of welding and the ability to effectively train and guide candidates for industry-oriented employment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical training on various welding processes and techniques.
- Provide hands-on training in welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Train candidates on Arc/SMAW, MIG/MAG, TIG, and Gas Welding processes.
- Demonstrate welding techniques, joint preparation, fit-up, and finishing methods.
- Train candidates on welding safety procedures, PPE, and safe workplace practices.
- Explain welding drawings, symbols, measurements, and basic fabrication requirements.
- Assess trainee performance through practical demonstrations, tests, and evaluations.
- Identify trainee skill gaps and provide appropriate technical guidance and feedback.
- Maintain trainee attendance, assessment records, and progress reports.
- Ensure proper usage, handling, and basic maintenance of welding equipment.
- Maintain workshop discipline and ensure adherence to safety standards.




- Support trainees with industry-oriented technical guidance and job readiness.
- Coordinate with the project/training team for smooth delivery of training programs.

Eligibility Criteria
- ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, Mechanical, or a relevant technical trade.
- 2–5 years of relevant hands-on welding experience.
- Prior experience in welding training/instruction will be preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of welding processes and fabrication techniques.
- Good understanding of welding safety and industrial practices.
- Gujarati language proficiency is mandatory.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
