Job Summary

Supervise welding lines and frame assembly operations, ensuring high structural quality, operator efficiency, and adherence to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily welding operations (Spot Welding, MIG/TIG welding, frame assembly).

Inspect weld quality, joint strength, and ensure adherence to welding parameter standards. Manage shift operators, track hourly output, and reduce rework and scrap. Ensure shop floor safety, proper fixture maintenance, and 5S compliance.

Key Qualifications:



Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Production Engineering with 1–2 years in weld shop operations.

Robust knowledge of welding techniques, fixtures, and frame assembly processes.

Ability to troubleshoot line issues and lead shop floor operators effectively.
