Role Description The Web Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing the company’s web platforms and ensuring they effectively support travel operations and customer engagement. In this role, the individual will manage and optimize web services, coordinate website updates, and collaborate with internal teams to align online content with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising web design and content management activities, monitoring web performance and analytics,



and working with vendors or technical teams to resolve issues promptly.

The Web Services

Manager will also lead web-related projects, prioritize feature enhancements, and ensure the company’s digital presence is user-friendly, secure, and scalable. This role requires close coordination with operations, sales, and customer support to deliver a seamless online experience for corporate and individual clients.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Web Services and experience managing online platforms and integrations.
- Proficiency in Project Management for planning, executing, and monitoring web-related initiatives.
- Experience in Web Design and Content Management to maintain clear, user-friendly, and brand-aligned web interfaces.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics and to derive actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors in a fast-paced business workplace.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on user experience.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or corporate services is an advantage.
