You'll join a team focused on practical, measurable growth for clients across many industries.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Next.js Web Developer role. Every website we build is built in Next.js. We don't use WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or page builders, so Next.js is required, not optional.

You'll design, build and maintain fast, responsive websites that generate leads for local businesses. Day to day, you will:

- Build sites with the Next.js App Router, React and TypeScript, from layout to deployment.
- Connect sites to third-party services through APIs and webhooks: WhatsApp, CRMs (such as HubSpot), Google and Meta platforms, booking tools, payment providers and headless CMSs.
- Use AI tools daily (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or GitHub Copilot) to speed up development, write and refine prompts, and build AI-powered features into client sites where they add value.
- Build every site SEO- and AEO-ready from day one: technical SEO, keyword-driven page structure, structured data (JSON-LD), and content that search engines and AI assistants can understand and quote.




- Set up and monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, track rankings and indexing, and fix issues.
- Optimize performance and Core Web Vitals, and make sure sites work across browsers and devices.
- Work with designers, video editors and marketers to launch features, then test, debug and document your work.

Qualifications

Required

- Strong, proven Next.js experience (App Router, server and client components, routing, metadata API, image optimization, static and agile rendering), with React and TypeScript.
- Third-party API integration: REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (API keys, OAuth), and handling and storing external data securely.
- AI-assisted development: confident with AI coding tools and prompt writing, and able to review and correct AI-generated code rather than copy it blindly.
- SEO and AEO knowledge
- optimizing content for AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity
- Hands-on Google Search Console experience: indexing, coverage and performance reports, and submitting sitemaps. Familiarity with GA4.
- Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals and responsive, mobile-first design.
- Deploying and hosting Next.js sites (Vercel or similar), plus Git and GitHub.
- A portfolio of live Next.js websites you built. Please include links when you apply.
- Nice to have
- Experience with a headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi or similar) and databases.
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile experience.
- Experience building sites for small or local businesses, agencies or marketing teams.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion or similar tools.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. We care more about what you've built than where or what you studied.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
