Role Description The Web & Custom Application Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications and custom software solutions that support internal operations and client projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kochi and involves collaborating with consultants and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement robust, scalable applications. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, integrating APIs and third-party services (including Zoho solutions), testing and debugging applications, and optimizing performance and security.





The developer will also document technical processes, support deployments, and provide ongoing maintenance and improvements to existing systems. Collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and adherence to industry standards and best practices are essential in this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Application Development and building responsive, user-focused Web Applications.
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Back-End Web Development and general Software Development practices.
- Candidates should possess a good command of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and patterns.
- Experience with up-to-date web technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks) is beneficial.
- Hands-on experience with server-side languages (such as PHP, Python, or Node.js) and relational/non-relational databases is preferred.
- Familiarity with integrating business software platforms, including Zoho applications or similar systems, is an advantage.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment are expected.
