Role Summary

Perform security testing of web applications and APIs, including cloud and container environments. Generate security assessment reports and collaborate with technical teams to enhance application security.

What Youll Do

- Perform web application penetration testing
- Conduct security testing for applications deployed on Kubernetes, GCP, and Azure
- Scan Docker/container images for vulnerabilities before deployment
- Review cloud access controls (IAM/RBAC), permissions, and security configurations
- Perform vulnerability assessments and provide remediation recommendations
- Execute API security testing, including authentication, authorization, and OWASP API Top 10
- Conduct load, stress, and performance testing for web applications and APIs




- Validate security fixes before production releases
- Generate security assessment reports with risk ratings and recommended actions
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to improve overall security posture
- Integrate security testing into the CI/CD pipeline wherever possible

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience with web application penetration testing
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and API security best practices
- Familiarity with GCP and/or Azure security
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes security

Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Trivy, Snyk, JMeter, or k6
