Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Web Designer at Tilara India.

The Web

Designer will design and refine responsive website layouts, ensuring visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that align with the brand’s identity and messaging. Daily tasks include creating web page designs, collaborating on graphic assets, optimizing layouts for different devices, and working closely with marketing and product teams to present content effectively.



The role also involves translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences, implementing front-end best practices, and maintaining consistency across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills to create modern, user-centered interfaces across devices.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills to develop high-quality visual assets that support brand and content needs.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills to implement designs using standard web technologies and ensure performance and accessibility.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and graphic tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is beneficial.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, web accessibility standards, and SEO-friendly design practices is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and effective communication and collaboration skills are required.
- Relevant experience in web and graphic design, and a portfolio demonstrating responsive sites and digital branding work, will be an advantage.
