Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for Wealth Managers, Relationship Managers, and Dealers. The role involves advising clients on financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management solutions tailored to their risk profiles and financial objectives.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting regular portfolio reviews, and providing market updates and recommendations across asset classes. The position also requires executing trades, coordinating with internal research and product teams,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk guidelines. Team members will collaborate to identify new business opportunities, support client onboarding, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to assess client needs, create comprehensive plans, and analyze financial data effectively.
- Candidates should possess robust Investment Management and Investments skills to construct, monitor, and rebalance portfolios aligned with client goals and market conditions.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance to integrate protection solutions into overall wealth and risk management strategies.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, NISM) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in wealth management, relationship management, private banking, or dealing/ trading roles, preferably with exposure to high net worth or institutional clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, explain complex financial concepts clearly, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High ethical standards, client-centric mindset, and familiarity with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
