We are hiring for the following positions:

- Business Development ManagerKey Responsibilities
- Drive business development and revenue growth for Career Launcher Rourkela.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, students, parents and other educational institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through institutional and local outreach.
- Plan and execute school visits, career-awareness programmes, seminars and promotional activities.
- Build institutional tie-ups and corporate/educational partnerships.
- Guide the counselling and sales team towards achieving enrolment targets.
- Monitor lead conversion, follow-ups and business performance.
- Maintain regular reporting and coordinate with the centre management team.

Preferred Profile
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, education or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Experience in the education/test-preparation industry will be an advantage.

2. Admission CounsellorKey Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding Career Launcher programmes and entrance examinations.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle walk-in enquiries and convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Explain course structure, academic benefits, fee plans, scholarships and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups and admissions.
- Achieve individual and centre-level admission targets.

Preferred Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in counselling, sales, education or customer relationship management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive and student-friendly approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Freshers with strong communication and a positive attitude may also apply.

3. Tele CounsellorKey Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from assigned leads.
- Understand student requirements and provide relevant information about Career Launcher programmes.
- Generate interest and schedule counselling appointments or centre visits.
- Follow up systematically with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle queries related to courses, admissions, scholarships and programmes.
- Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
- Work closely with the Admission Counselling team to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Preferred Profile
- Graduate/12th pass with good communication skills.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, counselling, sales or customer support preferred.
- Transparent and confident communication in English and Hindi; Odia will be an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Good listening, follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Marketing ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
- Plan and execute local marketing activities for Career Launcher Rourkela.
- Coordinate school, college and community outreach activities.
- Support seminars, workshops, career-awareness programmes and promotional events.
- Conduct field visits and generate leads through local outreach.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges and other relevant institutions.
- Assist in implementing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional material distribution and local brand-visibility activities.
- Track marketing activities, leads generated and campaign outcomes.
- Work closely with the counselling and business development teams.

Preferred Profile
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, field sales, education or a related sector preferred.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
- Creative, energetic and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media will be an advantage.
