Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Process Manager to support and manage day-to-day operational activities related to dealers, OEMs, state-level authorities and internal teams. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, dispatch, delivery, inventory management, process compliance, customer/dealer coordination and achievement of assigned operational targets within defined TAT.

- Inventory Accuracy & Stock Availability
- Dispatch & Delivery Update Compliance
- Consumption & Wastage Control
- Operational Cost Control
- Process & SOP Compliance
- Timely Completion of Assigned Tasks
- Team Attendance & Discipline
- Documentation and Certificate Completion

Education & Experience

- Graduate degree in Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, Management or any relevant discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Mechanical Engineering,



Supply Chain or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in Operations, Process Management, Dealer/OEM Coordination, Logistics or a similar role.
- Experience in HSRP, automotive, manufacturing, logistics, dealer network or process-driven operations will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in handling OEMs, dealers, state-level operations and government/authority liaison will be preferred.
- Should have experience in inventory/stock monitoring, dispatch coordination, complaint handling and MIS reporting.
- Experience in managing a small operational team and achieving monthly targets will be an advantage.
