Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage warehouse staff. Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of orders. Oversee daily order processing and order management . Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock checks. Prepare inventory, order, and warehouse reports using Microsoft Excel . Handle computer-based data entry and warehouse documentation. Ensure proper product storage, warehouse organization, safety, and cleanliness.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely order processing. Handle returns, RTOs, stock discrepancies, and other warehouse-related issues. Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.
Demonstrate valuable communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
