We are looking for an experienced Warranty Executive to join our premium automobile dealership in Kandivali, Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with the workshop team and OEM representatives, and ensuring claims are processed within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage warranty claims as per OEM guidelines.
- Verify warranty eligibility and required supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians and OEM teams regarding warranty claims.
- Prepare and submit warranty claims within specified timelines.
- Follow up on claim approvals, rejections and settlements.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation for all warranty-related activities.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to obtain required information and supporting documents.
- Ensure warranty processes are followed as per dealership and OEM standards.

Candidate Requirements




- 2+ years of experience in automobile warranty claims or warranty administration.
- Experience in an automobile dealership/service workshop preferred.
- Good understanding of warranty claim processes and documentation.
- Experience coordinating with service advisors, technicians and OEM teams.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines.
- Premium/luxury automobile dealership experience preferred.
- Valuable English communication skills.

Ideal Candidate Candidates with prior premium automobile/JLR/BMW/Mercedes-Benz/Audi/Volvo/Lexus or other luxury dealership warranty experience would be relevant for this requirement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
