Job SummaryWe are looking for a Warehouse & EasyEcom Operations Executive who has practical knowledge of warehouse operations and hands-on experience working on EasyEcom.

The candidate should understand the complete warehouse process, from inward and GRN to picking, QC, outward and inventory reconciliation, and should be comfortable managing day-to-day warehouse activities through EasyEcom.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations through EasyEcom.
- Handle Inward, GRN, QC and stock receiving processes.
- Manage Outward orders, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Perform Purchase Return (PR) and return-related inventory processes.
- Handle stock transfers between warehouses/bin locations.
- Manage bin locations, SKU mapping and inventory movement.
- Perform bill/invoice entry and maintain accurate system records.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies between physical inventory and system stock.
- Conduct stock reconciliation and assist with regular cycle counts/physical stock audits.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate shortages, excesses and mismatches.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, accounts, operations and courier teams.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure all warehouse transactions are updated in the system on time.

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations / inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with EasyEcom is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes.
- Good Excel/MS Office knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and perform basic RCA.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is a hands-on operational role and requires knowledge of actual warehouse processes, not just basic software usage.
