EDSP - External Delivery Service Partner
EDSP Roles & Responsibilities:
- Shipment Receiving : Unloading trucks from fulfillment centers, scanning shipments.
- Sorting : Segregating shipments route-wise/pin-code wise for delivery associates (DAs).
- Bagging : Assigning bags to DAs in the routing system.
- Returns & Re-attempt Management : Handling undelivered, refused, customer returns.
- Station Gemba & Audits : Morning Gemba walk, ensuring station is ready before DA briefing.
- Inventory Control : No package should be lost inside hub
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
