Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hostel administration efficiently.

- Ensure the safety and security of the boys' and girls' hostels.

- Implement protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment for all residents.

- Supervise hostel staff and coordinate their tasks effectively.

- Address any conflicts or issues within the hostel premises promptly.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any maintenance or safety concerns.

- Coordinate with external vendors for hostel maintenance requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- 0-5 years of experience in hostel management or a related role.

- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in team problem-solving and conflict resolution.

- Knowledge of psychology to understand and address residents' needs effectively.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies calmly.

- Certification in first aid and fire safety procedures is a plus.
