- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Strong typing Skills: 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
- Versatile to switch between tasks
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts including nights.
- Candidates must reside within a radius of 25 Km of our office.
