- Excellent English Communication Skills both Oral & Written is must
- Should have exposure towards Employee Relation and Employee Engagement Activities
- Well Versed with MS Office and Data handling
- Act as a SPOC for all Employee related activities to connect the gap between Management and Employees
- To handle all grievances and queries related to the Employees on the floor
- To conduct Exit interviews and smooth F&F; settlements
- To Conduct R&R; program ever quarterly
- To Conduct Fun Activities and Festival Celebrations
- To act as SPOC for Annual Appraisal Process
