Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions.

- Explain services, follow up on enquiries and quotations, and close sales.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.

- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details using CRM software.

- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support campaign execution.

- Build lasting client relationships through professional communication..

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in tele sales, tele calling, or tele marketing.

- Strong communication skills in Telugu and English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.

- Positive negotiation, customer-handling, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets and deadlines.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp Business.

- Experience in advertising or marketing services is preferred.
