About the Role

Jilani Enterprises is looking for an energetic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Convert enquiries and leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Requirements




- 12th pass or Graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
