Key Responsibilities

- Strong foundation in Core Java, including object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and exception handling.

- Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and efficient code.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, and data manipulation.

- Understand Agile methodology and software development processes.

- Manage the defect lifecycle, including defect identification, tracking, resolution, and validation.

- Demonstrate strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

- Understand, analyze, and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Apply Python programming and scripting skills, which will be an added advantage.





- Understand Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), including EDI transactions, data formats, and integration workflows, which will be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with AI technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and automation concepts will be an added advantage.

- Learn new technologies, contribute to process improvements, and support automation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

- Proficiency in Core Java and SQL.

- Understanding of application development, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Exposure to EDI and enterprise data integration.

- Familiarity with Python, AI-assisted development, and workflow automation.

- Solid analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
