Role & Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire recent merchants within the assigned territory for POS Machine and QR Sound Box deployment.

- Drive field sales activities to onboard merchants for digital payment solutions.

- Open Current Accounts for newly acquired merchants and strengthen existing relationships.

- Cross-sell banking products, including Business Loans, Merchant Loans, and other asset products.

- Maintain regular engagement with merchants to ensure excellent service and identify new business opportunities.

- Achieve monthly targets for POS machine acquisition, QR Sound Box deployment, and account opening.

- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to generate prospective leads.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and timely issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for field sales.

- Prior experience in banking, fintech, or merchant acquisition will be an added advantage.
