Role & responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients in NICU/PICU, including newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for critically ill patients.
- Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and update medical records accurately and timely.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce morbidity rates.
- Maintain effective communication with families by providing emotional support and educating them on patient management.
Preferred candidate profile Should be willing to work in Evening and Nights shifts.
- 0-1 year of experience as a Senior Resident or equivalent role in Pediatrics or related field (NICU/PICU).
