We are looking for a results-driven On-Site Sales Manager to lead the sales team, generate revenue, acquire new clients and merchants, and expand the companys market presence. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, achieving targets, and building strong client relationships in the FinTech and digital payments sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team

- Develop and implement sales strategies

- Generate revenue and achieve sales targets

- Acquire new clients, merchants, and business partners

- Build and maintain solid client relationships

- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports

- Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams

- Identify new market opportunities

Required Skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Experience in FinTech & other services related Industry

- Target-oriented and revenue-focused

- Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field

- 3+ years experience in Sales / Business Development

- Experience in FinTech or Banking sector preferred
