Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Direct Sales Executive responsible for generating new business through field visits, direct customer interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers. The candidate will work with commercial and industrial clients to understand their power backup and electrical requirements and offer suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily field visits to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Identify and approach potential B2B/B2C customers.
- Meet purchase managers, facility managers, owners, and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements for UPS, batteries, inverters, servo stabilizers, and related services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until enquiry conversion.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate new customers through cold calling, references, networking, and field visits.




- Coordinate with the technical/service team for site visits and technical requirements.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Submit regular sales and field-visit reports.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting customers and making sales pitches.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply.
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach.

Preferred:

- Experience in electrical, power backup, UPS, inverter, battery, stabilizer, or industrial equipment sales.
- Existing B2B customer network will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
