Job Title: Sales & Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer to handle sales, installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and customer support for industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers and understand their technical and product requirements.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell industrial machines, motors, pumps, starters, and related products.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.
- Install, commission, inspect, and service machines and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance as required.
- Prepare service reports and maintain necessary documentation.




- Coordinate with the internal sales and service team to ensure timely customer support.
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring, control panels, and troubleshooting
- Basic to valuable knowledge of electric motors

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- ITI in Electrical / Mechanical

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and service calls
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary: Depends on Performance Note: Candidate should have own Bike
