Job Purpose The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations across the North India region, manage and support Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives, monitor leads, and drive order and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the performance of Medical Representatives and Area Sales Managers.
- Manage and monitor leads generated by the sales team.
- Assign leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Track lead progress and drive the team towards sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and follow up on pending orders.
- Coordinate with key vendors, customers, and companies.
- Review area-wise sales and team performance.
