What youll do
- Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
- Monitor production processes, equipment performance and critical parameters.
- Handle shutdowns/breakdowns and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Identify opportunities for process and operational improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Support investigation of quality issues and implementation of corrective actions.
- Follow applicable ISO, ISCC+ and BRCGS requirements.
What we’re looking for
- DME / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical
- Relevant manufacturing/production experience.
- Experience in film manufacturing/process operations preferred.
- Solid analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
