Role & responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, vendor details, and inventory.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
