Job Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve queries effectively.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction.
- Maintain professional communication and follow process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable handling international customer calls.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.




- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
- Graduates and postgraduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced/tenured candidates are eligible.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
