Required Skills

Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment / talent acquisition.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good understanding of Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
- Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up with the candidates pre and post offer.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
- 5days work from office

Education Any Graduate / MBA HR / PGDM HR / equivalent qualification.
