HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience

1–3 Years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Location

[Location – Jaipur, Rajasthan]

Working Days & Timings

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Working Days: 5.5 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities for multiple clients across IT, Non-IT, BPO, and other industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle bulk/volume hiring as well as individual requirements based on client needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic discussions to assess candidates against job requirements.
- Understand and effectively communicate Job Descriptions, role requirements, career opportunities, and client expectations to candidates.
- Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Draft professional emails, candidate communication, interview confirmations, follow-ups, and client updates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and recruitment MIS.




- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand requirements and achieve time-bound hiring targets.
- Ensure regular follow-ups for interview scheduling, feedback, documentation, offers, and joining.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets/KPIs while maintaining quality of hiring.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Sourcing and Recruitment processes.
- Experience working on job portals and recruitment databases.
- Good exposure to bulk/volume hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong telephonic screening and candidate engagement skills.
- Good email drafting and professional communication abilities.
- Ability to understand different job profiles and identify relevant candidates.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment tools/portals.
