We are hiring International Semi-Voice Process Executives to handle customer queries and provide timely support to international clients through a combination of chat, email, and limited voice interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and voice support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams when escalation is required.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable interacting with international customers.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
- Good typing speed and multitasking ability.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
