Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to deliver an exceptional experience to all members and visitors. The GRE will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing excellent customer service while supporting membership and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional attitude.

Handle front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.

Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.

Manage appointments, guest visits, and trial bookings.

Maintain accurate member records in the CRM system.

Resolve member queries and complaints promptly.

Coordinate with the sales, fitness, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.

Follow up with trial members and prospective clients.

Assist in membership renewals and referrals.

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized,



and presentable at all times.

Maintain daily reports and front office documentation.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

13 years of experience in the front office, hospitality, customer service, or fitness industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable personality with a customer-first approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
