ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for result-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) professionals across Career Levels 8, 9 to join our global finance practice in Gurgaon.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- End-to-end P&L; Management, variance tracking, and strategic financial control.
- Formulate annual budget planning, rolling forecasts, and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).
- Manage cash flow forecasting and optimize working capital models.
- Drive cross-functional business partnering with key internal stakeholders and operations leadership.
- Deliver financial models, cost benchmarking,



and strategic commentary for corporate reporting.

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATION MATRIX:

- CL-8 (12-15 Yrs Exp): Max CTC up to 31.11 LPA | Qualification: CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA Finance (Premier Institute)
- CL-9 (10 Yrs Exp): Max CTC up to 21.82 LPA | Qualification: CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA Finance (Premier Institute)

DESIRED PROFILE & TARGET BACKGROUND:

- High-priority target companies: Big 4 (KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, EY), FMCG, or Tobacco sector experience.
- Solid foundation in budgeting, financial modeling, forecasting, and variance evaluation.
