We are building an apparel recommendation system to help people make better shopping decisions and choose what to wear each day. We invite participants to try on garments and share feedback, which helps our team assess apparel and develop our tools.

About the Role

We are looking for a Fashion Executive who combines an understanding of garments, fit, and aesthetics with strong communication and coordination skills.

You will assess apparel, organize inventory, coordinate candidates and participants, and guide people through garment trials and feedback sessions. You will also work with our data team to keep garment information and feedback accurate and organized.

Key Responsibilities

Apparel Assessment and Inventory

- Examine garments for design, material, fit, comfort, stitching, finishing, and quality.
- Assess how garments fit on the body and explain observations clearly.
- Prepare written assessments and communicate feedback on camera when required.
- Maintain inventory records, including garment identifiers, categories, sizes, colours, materials, and condition.
- Link assessments and participant feedback to the correct garments.
- Help the data team consolidate information and resolve missing or inconsistent entries.

Participant and Hiring Coordination

- Coordinate with the team to schedule interviews and garment feedback sessions.
- Attend calls and answer queries from candidates and participants.
- Welcome visitors and explain the activity, instructions, and next steps clearly.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and assist with practical assessments.
- Guide participants through garment selection, trials, and feedback while respecting their privacy and comfort.
- Maintain attendance, session logs, candidate records,



and regular team performance records.
- Follow up to ensure required feedback and documentation are complete.

Required Skills

- A good understanding of garment sizing, fit, fabrics, design, and quality.
- A strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Clear, fluent communication in English and Hindi.
- Confidence explaining processes and presenting observations on camera.
- Ability to write concise, structured garment feedback.
- Basic computer skills, including typing, Excel or Google Sheets, and file management.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling participant information and recordings.

Experience Experience in fashion, styling, apparel quality assessment, retail, customer coordination, or recruitment coordination is preferred. Freshers with relevant skills and practical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Interview Process The interview will include a practical assessment in which you will:

1. Select five garments that you would like to wear and believe will fit you.
2. Try on the garments and assess their fit, design, material, and quality.
3. Present your observations on camera.
4. Record short feedback and prepare garment inventory entries on a computer, with staff assistance.
5. Explain the trial and feedback process as though guiding a current participant.
6. Demonstrate how you would handle candidate queries and coordinate a session.

We will assess your garment knowledge, observation skills, communication, computer familiarity, and attention to detail. The activity and recording arrangements will be explained before you begin, and consent will be obtained. Dress Code: Please attend the interview in formal attire.
