Engineer - Solar O&M;

Experience - 3 to 5 years

Key Skills:

- Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
- Solar PV system fundamentals
- Inverter operation and fault identification
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- SCADA monitoring and generation reporting
- Electrical safety, LOTO and PTW
- Basic MS Excel and technical documentation

Preferred:

- HT/LT system and substation exposure
- Thermography and IV curve testing
- CMMS experience
- Familiarity with solar plant performance analysis
- Experience with string or central inverter platforms

Senior Engineer - Solar O&M; Experience - 5 to 7 years

Key Skills:

- Strong electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Extensive solar PV plant O&M; knowledge
- Preventive and corrective maintenance planning
- SCADA-based performance monitoring and analysis
- HT/LT systems,



protection and substation knowledge appropriate to the role
- Root cause analysis and breakdown management
- Monitering Technicians, Engineers and Contract worker coordination
- Advanced reporting and maintenance documentation
- Robust safety and operational compliance

Preferred:

- Experience in large-scale utility solar plants
- Advanced inverter troubleshooting and OEM coordination
- Experience with transformer, switchgear and relay testing
- Advanced Excel and performance dashboards
- Experience in plant performance improvement and energy loss reduction
- Exposure to battery energy storage systems (BESS), if relevant to the plant
