Preferred candidate profile - HR Operations

Please refer to the JD's below:

HR LMS:

- Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in Learning & Development Operations, Training Administration, Learning Operations, or HR Shared Services • Experience in managing training nominations, learning records, learning calendars, and training completion tracking • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow • Strong data management and reporting skills with attention to detail • Ability to handle employee and stakeholder queries via email and ticketing systems • Good communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage learning transactions within defined SLAs and quality standards.

Talent Management/HR ops:

- Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, HR Operations, or Shared Services • Experience in supporting performance review cycles, goal management, talent assessments, and employee lifecycle activities • Good communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle employee and manager inquiries through voice and email channels • Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM,



or ServiceNow • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy while maintaining employee and talent records • Ability to support performance and succession processes while adhering to SLAs and compliance requirements • Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.

HR Service Associate

- Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Workforce Administration, Employee Data Management, Rewards Administration, Time Management, Talent Administration, or Shared Services • Experience in processing employee lifecycle transactions, compensation and benefits administration, attendance and leave management, and talent-related administrative activities • Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, or similar platforms • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain employee records and HR data with high accuracy • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform data validation and reconciliation activities • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools • Ability to manage employee transactions and inquiries within SLA and quality standards • Good communication and customer service skills.

Talent administration associate:

- Experience supporting talent processes, employee records management, organizational updates, and talent-related transactions • Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM,



or ServiceNow • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools • Ability to manage employee transactions within SLA requirements • Good communication and customer service skills.

HR Strategy & Governance Associate:

- Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Reporting, HR Operations, or Shared Services • Experience in HR data management, workforce reporting, headcount tracking, dashboard preparation, and data validation activities • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy • Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow • Ability to support workforce planning and analytics activities through data preparation and reporting • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

HR Business Partner:

- Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in Leave Administration, Exit Management, HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, or Shared Services • Experience in processing leave requests, leave records maintenance, employee separations, offboarding activities, and exit documentation • Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow • Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee records and documentation • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process compliance • Ability to manage employee transactions and inquiries within SLA requirements • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Details:

- Graduated with any degree. (BCOM/BBA/BBM/MCOM/MBA)
- Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience with HR operations domain.
