Key Responsibilities
- Handle a portfolio of high-net-worth or premium clients to assist in their partner search journey.
- Understand client preferences, expectations, and background to offer tailored match recommendations.
- Build long-term trusted relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and counseling sessions.
- Work closely with internal matchmaking and service delivery teams for effective coordination.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution of client issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and progress in CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline).
- 1-8 years of experience in preferably from client relationship management,
