Sub-Zonal Manager Last Mile Operations
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing last-mile operations and leading the field team to achieve delivery, productivity, and service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate delivery teams and supervisors.
- Ensure timely deliveries and SLA/KPI achievement.
- Plan manpower and daily operational activities.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance.
- Handle customer and operational escalations.
- Control operational costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
