About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive to drive sales of our API products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new business, and supporting our domestic and international growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with existing and potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to build solid business relationships
- Promote and explain our API product portfolio through regular sales calls and presentations
- Handle customer inquiries, understand product requirements, and provide suitable solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle - quotations, samples, pricing negotiations, and order closures
- Identify, qualify, and generate new leads and business opportunities
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to drive conversions




- Collaborate with internal teams (production, QA, logistics) to ensure timely customer service
- Support domestic and international business development initiatives

Requirements & Skills:

- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Service. Experience in Pharmaceuticals, APIs, Chemicals, or B2B Sales will be a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with confident telephonic etiquette
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, professional email communication, and CRM/database management
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
