Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other property-related information.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer handling and deal closure.

Preferred candidate profile

- 01 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.




- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits.
- Knowledge of the Trichy real estate market will be an advantage.
- Candidates with sales experience in other industries are also welcome.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
