Banking Customer Support Associate Telugu Voice Process

Chennai - Tiruvallur High Rd, Pattabiram, Avadi, Tamil Nadu 600072

Teleperformance is hiring for a Banking Voice Process to handle customer interactions efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and English and the ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced BPO setting.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates are eligible
- Languages Required: Telugu & English

Salary Package:

- Freshers: 18,000 Take-Home
- Experienced Candidates: 20,000 Take-Home

Shifts & Working Details:

- Working Days: 6 days working
- Week Off: 1 rotational off
- Shift Timings: 247 rotational shifts
