Experience: 1–2 YearsShift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with students/candidates & hiring partners
Manage interviews, assessments & follow-ups
Maintain candidate & employer databases
Handle end-to-end placement coordination
Track interviews, offers & joinings
Required Skills:
Excellent communication & coordination
Recruitment/placement knowledge
MS Excel & reporting skills
Solid follow-up & organizational skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree | BBA/MBA preferred
Prior experience in Recruitment, HR Operations or Placement is an advantage.
