HR Recruiter Fresher

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Internship: 3 Months

Stipend: 13,000 per month

Employment: Full-time | Permanent upon successful completion of internship

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Fresher to join our recruitment team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in achieving recruitment targets and maintaining daily reports.

Requirements:

- Graduate in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with 3 months of HR/Recruitment internship experience preferred.
- Candidates from Delhi University (DU) are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Solid willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

Internship & Conversion:

- The first 3 months will be an internship period with a stipend of 13,000 per month.
- Upon successful completion of the internship and performance evaluation, the candidate will be converted to a permanent employee with a revised salary package.
