Apprentice Trainee CEM (Non-Technical)
Walk-in: 5th October | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Duration: 1 Year NATS Apprenticeship
Stipend: 18,000/month
Shift: Night Shift – 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Role
Support customer communication, coordination, follow-ups, stakeholder management, and basic IT service activities.
Requirements
- Freshers / recent graduates eligible for NATS
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Positive coordination and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Basic IT awareness with a willingness to learn
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
- Willingness to work in a night shift
- Immediate availability preferred
